Alexandra Marchina is a Mexican jewelry designer based in Milan. Trained in fashion design, her practice has always moved across disciplines and materials, with jewelry becoming her primary medium.

Her work is driven by contrast, between the precious and the primitive, the refined and the raw, the beautiful and the strange. Natural gemstones meet animal forms, found objects and unexpected materials, creating combinations that shift the familiar into something slightly surreal.

Each piece is made by hand in silver, gold and natural gemstones, and produced as a one-of-a-kind work or in small editions. This allows each design to retain the individuality of the hand that made it.
