What Are International Taxes and duties?

All our parcels are shipped from Italy and Mexico and you may be charged import duties and taxes by your local customs authority when your parcel is received into your country.

Duties rates may vary, depending on the value of the goods, what they are made of and where they are made.  Importantly all countries have different rules regarding this, so we are unable to tell you exactly what duties you may be required to pay as this is determined on import by customs officials, you will not always be required to pay duties or import tax, but it is important that you make yourself aware of the duties and threshold that may apply in your country in case you’re charged to avoid any surprises. We are not held liable for any custom fees in your country, holding times, unclaimed parcels or incorrect shipping information provided. If you decide not to pay taxes or duties and choose to reject the parcel, you will not be refunded for your order.

 

Return and Refund Policy

Take into consideration each piece is handmade by the designer making each one unique, and with small imperfections which are characteristic of the jewel.

RETURNS:

-To initiate a return, please submit a request for a return to contact@marchinabrand.com Items sent back to us without contacting us first will not be accepted.

-There are no returns if you change your mind about your order. 

-Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the wrong item or a damaged item has been sent to you, we will provide you a shipping label to return the item and send you the right one.
